"Yerkir": The minister lost the letter?

Armenia`s Dalma orchards'  land users on June 25, 2011, sent a letter to RA Minister of Justice H. Tovmasyan asking for help to get the answer to the question, what had been done in the past 10 years, for fulfilling the obligations of the Aarhus Convention in Armenia. The letter writers were also interested in the Convention point, which was the FREE, independent, unbiased, impartial, non-judicial system, that should resolve disputes arising from violations of the Aarhus Convention. To note, the RA Constitutional Court with the decision of 2000, No. 269, approved that the Aarhus Convention (RA Convention was ratified in 2001) consisted with the RA Constitution. But up to this day Dalma land users have not got the answer to their question and have fear that the Minister has lost the letter hand-delivered to him." writes "Yerkir" daily.
