The newspaper writes, "RA NA President Samvel Nikoyan and Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan have established a special relationship. According to our sources, they often meet and consult a variety of political, human resource issues. 

Due to the observers, Nikoyan and Sargsyan are connected as a result of common interest, and have linked an alliance of preserving their positions in the upcoming elections by helping each other. In other words, Nikoyan should help Tigran Sargsyan to remain Prime Minister after the elections, while Sargsyan should help Nikoyan to keep his post as NA President. At this time they have a problem of not allowing former speaker Hovik Abrahamyan to be included in the RPA proportional list of trio, acting in such a way that in the first place will be President Serzh Sargsyan, second, PM Tigran Sargsyan and the third, NA Speaker Samvel Nikoyan. According to our information, the forth place in the list considered for Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan. This means that in the best case Hovik Abrahamyan will take the 5th place.
