The head of the parliamentary faction of "Heritage" Ruben Hakobyan at a meeting with journalists at the National Assembly of RA defined as the greatest insult that the deviation from the Raffi Hovannisian offer in a sealed envelope was again returned to Raffi Hovannisian.

"If the rejected proposal is returned, it is considered as an insult. By this action, it is clear that the authorities are not willing to offer a way out of the situation", said Ruben Hakobyan.
