Man involved in NA incident is identified

Unknown citizen, armed with a knife, tried to enter the waiting room of the National Assembly of Armenia, Press service of the National Assembly told Lurer.com.

The man was taken to University hospital of Yerevan. Press service of the hospital informs that the young man was Vrezh Galstyan, born in 1988.

To note, to prevent his entry the police used firearms. Two shots sounded. A man armed with a knife tried to escape, but one of the policemen managed to hurt him. The citizen was taken to hospital.

The citizen is undergoing an examination. He received a perforating wound to the upper thigh. Experts will decide on their further actions after the examination is over.
