Pandev's vote exposed by FIFA

The Football Federation of FYR Macedonia provided the vote for the Ballon d'Or 2012 of their national team coach and national team captain by sending a fax on 9 November 2012, FIFA has told in a press statement.

The fax was signed by both the national team coach, Cedomir Janevski, and by the national team captain, Goran Pandev. The fax also had the signature of the secretary general of the federation and the official stamp of the national association.

The fax with the voting form shows that both Pandev and the national coach voted for Vicente Del Bosque. Pandev also voted for Roberto Mancini (second) and Jürgen Klopp (third).

Pandev had previously corroborated José Mourinho's accusations of irregularities: "I voted for Mourinho, only Mourinho. Some very strange things have happened here," he assured.
