Armenian soldier hit a 48-year-old man with his car who died on the spot.

Armenian conscript Artur Vanoyan, 29, hit Ashot Aghasaryan, 48, with his car, on Sunday, and Aghasaryan lost his life on the spot, Police Force Vardenis City Precinct informed.

Artur Vanoyan arrived at the Precinct on his own volition, and informed that he had run into, with his VAZ 2106-model vehicle, a donkey cart loaded with wood on the Vardenis-Avazan Highway. As a result of the crash, Ashot Aghasaryan, a resident of Arbunk village of Gegharkunik Region, who was on the cart, died on the spot.     

The police are preparing evidentiary materials. Tigran Galstyan also informed that a criminal case is not yet launched, but it will be.
