On 25 March President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan held a consultation with the supreme command staff of the NKR Defense Army at the head of defense minister Movses Hakobyan.

A number of issues related to army building, situation along the line of contact between Nagorno Karabagh and Azerbaijan armed forces and amelioration of social conditions of the servicemen were discussed at consultation.
