Central Mexican state of San Luis Potosi is ablaze

The Central Mexican state of San Luis Potosi is ablaze, with fires having destroyed about 4 thousand hectares of forests.
According to the state prosecutor's office, a 55-year-old woman has died of inhaling smoke; seven people were hospitalized with burns and smoke inhalation.
Currently 129 fire areas have been registered, and, according to the local Environment Ministry, only 3% of the fires were ignited by natural causes. In other cases, the blazes were caused by careless or malevolent arson.
