"Hraparak": "Heritage" offended by EPP?

Yesterday in Brussels a summit of the European People's Party (EPP) was held, in which the representatives of the party "Rule of Law" Mher Shahgelsyan, and Armen Ashotyan from RPA attended the event, the latter was in Brussels concerning the issues of the Bolognese process in the European Commission.
