Iraq wants diplomatic solution to Syrian crisis

Speaking at an Arab League summit in Qatar’s capital Doha on Tuesday, Iraqi Vice President Khudeir Musa Al Khuza said that Baghdad calls for a diplomatic solution to the Syrian crisis and is up in arms against outside interference in Syria’s internal affairs, on Tuesday.

Apart from Syria, the Arab-Israeli problem and reform of the Arab League are high on the agenda of the summit attended by 16 leaders of Arab League member countries.

The summit comes as Syrian opposition representatives take Syria’s at the Arab League.
