"Zhoghovurd": The Mayor and Deputy Mayor 'steal' gas?

"Armenian Vardenis city’s mayor and head of Vardenis regional division of the ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia, Volodya Khloyan, and deputy mayor Ashot Davtyan are illegally using natural gas for already three years," "Zhoghovurd" daily writes.  

“This information by "Zhoghovurd" is also confirmed by Vardan Barseghyan, head of Vardenis division of ArmRusGazprom Company. As they say, the richer a person is, that much more miser he is. Those who hold the most important offices in the city have heated themselves free of charge, for years on end, whereas the destitute residents are forced to endeavor and pay the fee for using natural gas-mixed air.”
