Dec. 19, President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan held a working meeting with the staff of the NKR Permanent Representation in Moscow, Russia.

The meeting discussed the NKR Permanent Representation's activities.

President issued relevant instructions.

Bako Sahakyan also presented government awards to a group of representatives of the Armenian community in Russia.

The NKR leader emphasized their contribution to the NKR's development and expansion of Armenian-Russian friendly relations. 
NKR Presidential Advisor Armen Isaghulyan and other officials attended the awards ceremony.
