Google protests Swedish word "ungoogleable"

Google has protested to the Language Council of Sweden about the inclusion of the word "ungoogleable" to a list of neologisms.
They stated that this was a violation of their rights to all derivatives of the brand name.
The council has already dealt with a similar complaint from Google and removed the word "ogooglebar," which means: not showing up in Google, from a previous list, BBC reports.
The members of the linguistics council expressed their concerns that they might become involved in a long legal process and removed the word from the list.
