Karabakh President congratulates Day of National Security Serviceman.

Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, President Bako Sahakyan sent Tuesday a congratulatory address marking the Day of the National Security Service Serviceman.

The message reads:

“Dear servicemen and veterans of the National Security Service,

On behalf of Artsakh authorities and myself, I congratulate you on your professional holiday, a day that is traditionally celebrated in our republic.

The work carried out by you is of utmost importance, and it is directed to the protection of Artsakh’s national interests, and safeguarding social and state security. Continuous strengthening of our free and independent statehood also depends on your daily principle and consecutive work. Our goal is to create such a state that provides to its citizens a maximum level of protection from foreign and domestic threats, a state where every person will feel secure. The role of the national security service is undoubtedly great in accomplishing this mission.

I am confident that the workers of the system will continue to show necessary professionalism and readiness to solve difficult national issues, in a proper manner.

In its turn, the state will continue to focus on assisting in the activities of the structure, and improving your working and social conditions, in every way possible.
