How are Taron Margaryan and Vova Gasparyan related to "business of begging?"

Member of Parliament, Member of Hnchakyan Social Democratic Party Lyudmila Sargsyan expressed he satisfaction concerning the Ombudsman's report on RA Yerevan Municipality.

"Many are trying to present Taron Margaryan as the best Mayor. I do not want to deny his work and present it in a negative background. Maybe he just sees the development of Yerevan in this way- flowers, trees, benches. I accept it, because it is really beautiful. But for me, Yerevan is beautiful when there are no beggars, when residents of Yerevan do not migrate," the MP said.

The fact that Taron Margaryan is the best Mayor in all formats, only the elite of the Republican Party of Armenia, and, perhaps, members of the "fan club" of "Taron Margaryan" say. But the fact that Yerevan, full of beggars, is really ugly, everybody sees. During one attempt to rise on Abovyan street you can find at least 5 beggars. By the way, in the reign of Taron Margaryan obvious qualitative changes have appeared at beggars.

Taron Margaryan's Yerevan with so stubborn and intrusive beggars, probably takes first place in the world. Besides the "custodians" of the classical genre begging recently business begging has been widely developed. This is a group of people who had no physical abnormalities, but outwardly resemble criminals or homeless people, who in order to beg for money from passers-by show them icons, flowers, pictures ...

The fact that this business is controlled by someone is obvious and that these criminals spend a wealthy and smooth operations in the capital, is apparently.

But in which way the Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan and Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan are specifically related to the business, that is the question, the disclosure of which may be more than interesting for residents of Yerevan.

Mayor Taron Margaryan is associated with this business as much as any of the officials of the City Hall does not cause inconvenience to at least partially clear the center of Yerevan from the so called beggars. But the policemen, in their turn, monitors this site, but by some miracle do nothing to save pedestrians from more than nasty attacks. Of course, if they are really beggars, but not armed agents of the conspiracy.
