I myself will decide when to enter the next stage to record the unprecedented victory the people had on February 18, Heritage leader, former presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian told a news conference at Liberty Square.

“The complex solution I sent to Mr Sargsyan is integral,” said Hovannisian, adding that the proposals he mentioned is the minimum threshold for them, and that if one of his proposals is withdrawn, it should be replaced by an adequate one.

“I will be happy if Serzh Sargsyan finds some way to meet me. I am at Liberty Square,” Hovannisian said and thanked the citizens who support him.

He reiterated that he is ready to meet Serzh Sargsyan in the presence of journalists.
