Syunik Governor's security guard beat a man in a nightclub?

Early in the morning on March 26 Kapan Police Department of Syunik region received a signal about an incident. 43-year-old Armen V. with injuries and drunk was taken to the hospital. People, who took him to the hospital, claimed that the man was injured on the same day, falling on the stairs in a night club in Syunik village.

As a result of the measures it was revealed that a man was beaten by 43-year-old Zarzand N. and 37-year-old David B. Measures are taken to detect these men. According to rumors, Zarzand N. was Syunik region Governor's security guard.
