On March 28 at 00:03 RA Ministry of Emergency Situations got a signal that a resident of the 6th floor of 127/3 house (hostel) at Nor-Aresh 23 st. does not answer the phone, rescuers' help is needed. Rescue team reched the scene.

Before the arrival of rescuers, the apartment door was opened by local forces, on the floor hallway Venera Andreasyan born in 1941 was found dead.
