Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is ready to resign and quit politics if the Turkish opposition proves he had conducted secret negotiations with Israel.
According to Anadolu news agency, Davutoglu stressed that Israel apologized yielding to Turkey’s pressures and not due to secret negotiations.
“Let the opposition prove that I have signed a secret agreement with Israel in Qatar. If they prove it, I am ready to resign and quit politics,” Davutoglu said.
An Israeli delegation is going to visit Ankara next week to discuss issue on providing compensation to the families of victims of Mavi Marmara incident.
