The newspaper writes, "Many people thought that Karen Karapetyan, after resigning from the position of the head of President Serzh Sargsyan`s office staff, will stop Tashir charitable foundation or will reduce his activities in Armenia, but we were informed that Tashir`s charitable programs and geographical borders have recently been extended by reaching Javakhk. With the lead of Karapetyan brothers, Tashir Fund has prepared about 50 million New Year gifts for Lori region`s, Gyumri`s and, for the first time Javakhk`s children. Karapetyans decided also to pay attention to Javahkh Armenians` issues."
