"Chorord Inknishkhanutyun": 60 million drams electoral bribe from RA state budget.
Armenian Press
The newspaper writes, "RA Republican Party has started to vain 2012 budget in the form of pre-election bribe. It turns out that months ago RA Minister of Education and Science, RPA member Armen Ashotyan proposed the Republican PM Tigran Sargsyan to add budget allocations in the sphere of education, for increasing scholarships of students. RA PM did not oppose. But this was done just for the elections. According to "CHI" information, 60 million drams from RA state budget will be allocated to needy students` scholarships in the coming year. We underline that this is not a continuous process or fact that the state has decided to increase scholarships, but just a simple pre-election bribe, which will be distributed to the youth within the frames of coming few months. It means, that 2012 budget which is accumulated at the expense of taxpayers and is gathered from the citizens, will be distributed to certain groups of population in the form of electoral bribe.
There is also one more tiny nuance here. RPA has decided first to 'buy', more exactly to 'spoil' the students - the future of Armenia. Not so long ago the educational system and universities were polluted by ARF figures. Then came the Rule of Law Party. Now the same thing is implemented by the RPA with unprecedented speed and larger amount on behalf of Republican Minister Armen Ashotyan, who only likes to speak of European values, but in his actions he is not different from his predecessors."
