Today, as of 08:00 as the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia informs, all inter-state and inter-community roads in Armenia are mostly passable.

Georgia’s Emergency Situations department reports that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for passenger transporting vehicles only and buses having up to 30 seats.
