Heavy snow perceptions caused transport mess in Ukraine

Ukraine didn’t manage to come full circle after a week of non-stopping snowing, on March 30 it is again covered with snow, reports Armenpress, referring to Ria Novosti. Nevertheless temperature has increases. Meteorologists are predicting that snow will turn into rain during the day.

New snow perceptions caused transport mess in Ukraine. Ministry of Emergency Situations warns about sharp increase in the temperature which could be rather dangerous.
