Hayastan All Armenian Fund-held charity dinner raises over $18m in Moscow.

On Dec. 21, the Renaissance Moscow Monarch Centre Hotel hosted a charity dinner.

The dinner was aimed at raising funds for the Hayastan All Armenian Fund.

Participating in the charity dinner were President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan, Armenian Ambassador to Russia Oleg Yesayan, Head of the Novo-Nakhichevan diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Bishop Yezras Nersisyan, as well as over 70 Armenian businessmen.

Donations totaled $18,635,000 million.

Ara Vardanyan, Executive Director of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund, said that Armenians worldwide have proved their strength is in unity.

He thanked all the philanthropists. "Thanks to you we are going to have a new Armenia and a new Artsakh soon," Vardanyan said.
