LA based station Power 106 revealed on Friday they asked the rapper directly “Are you still dating Rihanna?” and he replied “No”.
They announced the news in a tweet that read: “Are you still w/ Rihanna? Chris Brown: 'Uh, no - that’s the short answer' just now to POWER 106 LA.”

The station only released parts of the interview on their website — without the split comments — and told fans to wait for a “big announcement on Monday.”

Fans are now waiting with baited breath to see whether it will be news about his album, or his relationship with Rihanna.

He also tweeted a photo alongside DJ Big Boy with the caption “It’s all going down right now.”

Just three days ago Chris said his relationship with the singer is going from strength-to-strength now he’s convinced her he’s a changed man.

In 2009 he brutally assaulted the pop beauty during a bust-up – a crime he’s still on probation for.

Meanwhile Rihanna has been causing controversy by posting pictures of strippers taken during a night of partying in Calgary.

Yesterday she tweeted a series of X rated snaps featuring naked dancers on her Instagram account, then seemed to regret her decision and deleted them.
