School with advanced study of Chinese and heifers' role in the education system

Only 11 years ago diplomatic relations were established between Armenia and China. During these years dozens of bilateral visits were implemented, including in 2010 Serzh Sargsyan paid official visit to China. It was exactly three years ago.

And after three years, the results of this meeting, as they say, re aon the face, it has become clear that Armenia will build a school with advanced study of the Chinese language.

Of course, if we compare Facebook and building schools with advanced study of Chinese language, then it can be clearly considered as progress in the activities of the Minister of Education and Science and the Ministry of Education in general, but if, of course, that this arrdo not consider that that angement was acquired during the meeting.

However, for such a large-scale project, the government certainly will provide a tidy sum with six or nine zeros, certainly not from the pocket of Armen Ashotyan, and from the state budget of Armenia, thus making out next major theft from their own state.

The other day one of the media posted a video called Samvel Aleksanyan's "house. "In the video, a man expresses an opinion on the level of education of today and compares it with that obtained from three heifers profit. "I will keep three heifers, give tuition fees, and all my three children will graduate any institution."

The university must not educate those who have money and who then change the color of the university, making it an arbor or a coffee shop, and those who really want to learn and become a good person. 

The Ministry of Education employs a paradoxical activity- instead of reforming the education system, now it wants to build a school of Chinese. Of course, the place and role of China in the world are very promising, as learning Chinese language may be perspective, but why before that not correct all deficiencies, gaps that exist in the system, and only then proceed to the execution of this important project.

Meanwhile, such questions that need urgent solution are ignores in Armenia. The Ministry of Education and Science, unfortunately, has only a rating calculations of Minister and counts views in Facebook ...
