Drogba: "I have to play against my father's Mourinho."

Drogba is gearing up for the Madrid clash. It is set to be an emotional match for the Galatasaray forward on several levels. In addition to everything that is riding on the game, Drogba will also be meeting up with Mou again, – "I'm going up against my father", he said after the draw – and going back to the stadium where he made his Champions League debut.
"The Bernabéu game will be very special for me. I played my first Champions League match there against the Madrid 'galacticos'. I scored my first goal, even though we lost 4-2 – it was in the group stages of the 2003-2004 campaign with Marseille. I'll never forget that day. It was very important for my career", he admits in an interview with the Galatasaray club magazine.
On seeing Mourinho again, Drogba is emphatic: "I have a lot of memories of him. Sometimes I scored two goals at Chelsea and other times I didn't score any. He said to me: 'Don't worry; sometimes you can be man of the match without scoring'. He's always in the spotlight and he looks out for everyone. He tries to get the best out of every individual. Fatih Terim is like Mourihno in that respect. He's close to the players".
