"Hraparak": Can he manage to pay the 13th salary or not?

The newspaper writes, "Not payment of the Armenia's National Assembly's 13th salary can cause trouble for the NA speaker Samvel Nikoyan. The NA employees, assistants of the deputies are so much concerned about this fact, that they began to speak openly, that Nikoyan is a very weak chairman, and if it was former Hovik Abrahamyan, he could receive the needed amount from the government just with one call. These comparisons reached Nikoyan`s ear, and he again turned to the Prime Minister, saying that it was the issue of his honor. Everyone is impatiently waiting for the solution to this problem."
