Spread instead of butter, again in Armavir

Supplying of spread to the kindergarten instead of butter sent the second criminal case to the court. This time the sole proprietor Angin Hakobyan is on the defendant’s chair.

According to indictment, from 2010-2012 Angin Hakobyan signing a contract with the Director of Armavir “Janfidai kindergarten”, committed to supply the kindergarten with food, including butter within the period specified in the contract.

Instead of the butter for the kindergarten children, Angin Hakobyan violating the price list attached to the contract, supplied 406.700 kg spread with the price of 6999.060 AMD.

A. Hakobyan is charged with article 212 section 2 of RA Criminal Code. The signature for none leaving was chosen as a preventive measure against him.
