Armenia's Minister of Energy Armen Movsisyan summed up this year on Dec. 22.

Before his press conference, Minister Movsisyan awarded diplomas to a number of powermen. The minister said that Armenia's energy output totaled 7.4bn kwh in 2011 - a 14.5% increase as compared with last year. Armenia's energy exports and imports increased by 28% and 10% respectively. Minister Movsisyan also forecasts an increase in Armenia's gas imports.
