New details of Village Head's murder

On April 2 at 09:00 in front of Proshyan village administration (Kotayk region) head of the village Hrach Muradian, born in 1963 was found dead.

Investigation group, which immediately reached the scene, found that Hrach Muradian died of a gunshot wound in the right temple.

The investigative department of the Kotayk region opened a criminal case on the grounds of the 2nd paragraph of the second part of 104th article of the RA Criminal Code (murder of a person or his relatives in connection with implementation of performance management and performance of public debt) and the first part of the 235 Article (for illegal possession of firearms and ammunition, gas, cold, including throwing weapons).

A number of examinations are appointed. The investigation continues.
