In the package with the ballots voted for Raffi Hovannisian were ballots in favor of Serzh Sargsyan

Today at 11.10 RA Special Investigative Unit started the examination of the election document package of Ararat Marz 17/05 polling station. It was confiscated last week. The investigator, in the presence of the president of the mentioned polling station Marine Davtyan, the head of the Legal unit of RA CEC Nune Hovhannisyan and journalists, opened the sealed and closed, completely protected package, by cutting its down side edge with the scissors. 11 envelopes, 1 yellow colored polyethylene and the rest paper, were in the package.

4 lists of precincts voters, from which 2 are the main one and the other two the additional ones based on the registration and police officers are in the package. In the 51 page separate election list 636 signatures are present.

The examination of the election documents continues.

On February 22, the RA Special Investigative Unit filed a criminal case on the grounds of violation of articles 149 and 153 of RA Criminal Code based on the incident of violence against the journalist A.Hambardzumyan and observer N.Ismaili and staffing case in the 17/5 polling station, on February 18, RA Presidential Elections Day. And on March 14, the Constitutional court decided to annul the results of the electors in that polling station.
