Beginning of Serzh Sargsyan's second term of presidency

On April 9 in the special session of the National Assembly of Armenia the inauguration ceremony of Serzh Sargsyan's victory, according to the CEC, will be held in the Sports and Concert Complex after Karen Demirchyan.

This day Serzh Sargsyan's second term of presidency will be officially declared. And by conviction of many of the wing of the government, this day will be the first step to the "Security of Armenia."

2 of 6 parliamentary factions of the National Assembly - the Republican Party of Armenia and the "Rule of Law" announced about their participation in the special session of the National Assembly of Armenia.

As for the other factions, "Prosperous Armenia" and the ARF "Dashnaktsutyun", then they have not yet discussed the issue of participation in a special session.
