The newspaper writes, "From WikiLeaks documents we were informed that the former RA Human Rights Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan, in 2008, October, during a meeting with U.S. Ambassador Marie Jovanovich made a remarkable confession. He said that if the former President Robert Kocharyan had been in the post, he would have been in jail. To note, on the last days in office, Kocharyan called Harutyunyan 'his most unsuccessful cadre'."
