"Hraparak": Who will take part in Serzh Sargsyan's inauguration ceremony

"The presidential Protocol Department is preparing for Serzh Sargsyan’s April 9 inauguration ceremony set to take place at the Yerevan Sports and Concert complex. The event will not attract many guests this year. The head of the Russia’s presidential office staff, Sergey Ivanov, the EPP external relations secretary, Nicolas Briec, as well as a large delegation from Russia are expected to be among the invitees," Hraparak writes.
As for the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), they do not reportedly much care about Tsarukyan’s presence at the ceremony. But the head of the RPA faction in parliament, Galust Sahakyan. has told the paper that Tsarukyan, as the head of a parliamentary group, is obliged to attend the event. As for second president Robert Kocharyan, his press secretary not answering phone calls, so his plans for attending the ceremony also remain unclear
