"Towards the elections of Yerevan Council of Elders of "Prosperous Armenia" considers as part of pre-election work not only promised electoral bribes and mechanisms of black PR, but also land-garage-territorial promises. According to sources, close to the PAP, the local authorities have promised to give lands, territories for parking garages, if PAP win a majority in the elections," the newspaper "168 Hours" reports.
