High-rise blaze in Grozny extinguished (video)

The fire in a high-rise building complex Grozny-city has been extinguished, no one was hurt. Nearly 20,000 square meters have been burned out in the blaze.

The fire, according to preliminary data, was caused by a short circuit, reports the local Emergencies’ Ministry. The fire quickly spread to all floors except the first.

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov underscored the incident would be thoroughly investigated and "conclusions made."
