Argentinian rescuers find 106 people

In Argentina, rescuers have found 106 people alive who were believed to be missing after severe flooding devastated the city of La Plata.
This was according to Ricardo Casal, the Minister of Security and Justice, the largest province of Buenos Aires, where the tragedy occurred.
He confirmed that the number of victims is now at 51.
The areas affected by floods have also seen widespread reductions power and water supplies.
