"Zhoghovurd": Arthur Baghdasaryan's scandalous statement

"National Security Council Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan during "Urvagits"("Path") TV show on "Kentron" TV made a scandalous statement- he publicly questioned the legitimacy of the government of Armenia. "Our nation will have to live bad so long until it forms the kind of power, which ut wants," he said. In other words, NSC Secretary personally admitted that this power is not formed by Armenian people, that is, neither the Parliament nor Serzh Sargsyan were elected by the people. He added: "It is important that the leaders were actually literate and educated people." If the author of that statement would be an opposition leader, then maybe we would have taken it as a regular criticism of the authorities. But the author is NSC secretary. In any normal country, this statement would have scandalous consequences," the newspaper "Zhoghovurd" writes.
