Víctor Valdés dropped some clues regarding his future in an interview given to English football magazine 'Four Four Two'. The keeper was very clear: "I want to get to know other cultures, play in another country and face new challenges. I’ve experienced great times at Barcelona and I love being here. I’ll be back, but I have an outstanding job that allows me to travel and that’s what I want to do".

His recent performances with Barcelona had given hope that he might consider staying at the Catalan club, but the player made it very clear: "I like English football. They shoot a lot on goal and the respect that the fans show the players is amazing", said Valdés.
