Why traffic paused in the territory adjacent to Opera? (video)

At the moment, traffic movement in the territory adjacent to the Opera- Prospect and Bagramyan avenue, as well Tumanyan and Sayat-Nova streets has been paused.

In an interview with Lurer.com Police press officer Armen Malkhasyan reported that traffic has been stopped as road works, in particular, road markings are carried out.

In response to the question whether the traffic pause is related to President's inauguration on April 9, the police officer did not answer, "I have already explained."

Note that there are rumors in the press, that the movement has been paused because of the preparatory work of Serzh Sargsyan's inauguration ceremony on April 9.
