On December 25, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the town of Martakert and partook in a solemn ceremony of opening the newly-built regional hospital.

Bako Sahakyan noted the significance of the new hospital for the Martakert town and the whole region underlining that its activity would greatly contribute to raising the quality of medical services of the population.

He expressed gratitude to philanthropist Ralph Yerikyan for assisting the construction of the hospital noting that this project was considered among the best examples of the cooperation between the private sector and the state.

Premier Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials accompanied Bako Sahakyan, Artsakh President's press service reported.
