The newspaper writes, "This year's state revenue budget performance is seriously at risk. It becomes obvious from the certificate of performance released yesterday by RA Ministry of Finance concerning the first 11 months of this year. The point is that for providing the state revenue budget for the entire year it is necessary to gather 93 billion drams just within December. This is in case that within January-November it was managed to gather 69 billion drams with monthly average."
