"Haykakan Zhamanak": Against the victims.

The newspaper writes, "Yesterday in the website of Special Investigation Service there was placed the promised report on March 1 case which RA SIS called "Information report on investigation activities, results and issues."

The document has 5 subdivisions: the description of the events; the death circumstances of 10 victims; the factual circumstances of the criminal case; the work with the media, representatives of international organizations, members of fact-finding group of experts of RA NA temporary committee; "RA President's instruction and the process of the criminal case." In this situation, understandably, SIS report`s section of 10 victims` death circumstances presents a special investigation. The SIS, therefore, tries to represent at least 3 of victims as a member of one criminal group. According to the document, Gor Kloyan and Zakar Hovannisyan 'were involved in mass riots by Armen Farmanyan.' This in itself means that the SIS considers them as a participant of the mass disorder."
