Halle Berry is pregnant

Actress Halle Berry is pregnant with her second child, her representatives revealed yesterday.

The baby — rumoured to be a boy — will be her first with her French actor fiancé Olivier Martinez, 47.

Berry’s representatives gave no further details, but celebrity news website TMZ said Berry was three months pregnant and expecting a boy.

Berry, 46, has a five-year-old daughter, Nahla, with her ex-boyfriend, Canadian model Gabriel Aubry.

After a lengthy and bitter battle for custody, Berry and Aubry finally reached an agreement in November.

The Oscar-winning Monster’s Ball star and Martinez have been engaged since January 2012.

Martinez was the former lover of Kylie Minogue. They split in 2007 after five years.

Berry has previously admitted she loves being a relatively older mother. She said: “I’m a much better mother at 46, or 41 when I had her, than if I were 21 or 25.
