Armavia intends to appeal to the court with the statement on bankruptcy, Panorama.am reported.

"At present, the documents are being prepared," spokesperson for the airline Nana Avetisova said. "This is a difficult process."

She said that at present, it is impossible to tell when all the necessary documents will be prepared and the company will appeal to the court.

Armavia issued a statement on the termination of flights on March 29 and plans to begin bankruptcy proceedings.

"It is impossible to work any more," the statement said.
