Hovannisian to Sargsyan and group of officials: "Today you will cease to represent Armenia."

Heritage Party leader and former candidate for presidency, who challenges official results of February 18th presidential elections, Raffi Hovannisian, issued a statement, which, in particular, says:

"Inform Serzh Sargsyan and heads of subordinate police Vladimir Gasparyan, Gorik Hakobyan and accordingly the other officials that today you will cease to represent the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people. In the footsteps of your distributed unconstitutional application, I demand your resignation. Otherwise, come to Liberty Square today at the afternnon and arrest me. There, I am really getting ready to take entrusted to me on February 18th responsibility of Armenian people. 

Let it be clear to the Armenian people around the world, Armenia, Artsakh and the Diaspora, it is neither victory nor defeat of Raffi or Serzh, and the resurrection of the Armenian people, the rebirth of the nation.

Let it be clear to you- homeland is eternal, tricolor- a saint, but you, my friends, are nothing with me, compared to the power of our country, of our generation and our people."
