"Chorord Inknishkhanutyun": 90% of the facts are false. The Congress will respond to SIS report on January.

Gagik Jhangiryan, the former deputy prosecutor general, head of the legal advice center, opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC), gave an interview to "CHI" daily on Dec. 27. He noted that the group headed by him would respond to a report on the March 1, 2008 events by the Special Investigation Service next January. 

The authorities plan to publish the report one of these days as people are busy preparing for the New Year celebrations and won`t  be unable to study it in details. The ANC will thoroughly study the report after the New Year celebrations and present its opinion to the public.

ANC Coordinator Levon Zurabyan told the newspaper that 90% of the information concerning to him in the report was false. "Based on this fact alone, I can judge the quality of the report. Interestingly, the investigation body rejected lawyers' petition on questioning me on the 'Seven' case. This proves the investigation body aimed at pushing their own version through," Zurabyan said.
