Today at the afternoon the Head of Police Vladimir Gasparyan during negotiations on Baghramyan Avenue with leader of the "Heritage" party Raffi Hovhannisyan assured the latter that ha would go with him to Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex to ignite candles there.

Raffi Hovannisian was suspicious about Gasaryan's promise, in response to which the Police Chief said: "If I'm not with you, I am son of a bitch."
