As Lurer.com previously reported, as a result of negotiations of Raffi Hovannisian and Head of RA Police Vladimir Gasparyan, police opened Bagramyan Avenue.

Demonstrators with Raffi Hovannisian were up the avenue to the presidential residence, where the leader of the "Heritage" party sang Armenia's anthem and wished the gathered people good night.
